Information Collection and Use

Your personal information will be used to communicate with you regarding the website, your orders, and your shipments.

A confirmation message will be sent when you register with us.

We will contact you when necessary to ensure that your orders are completed and that you receive the best possible service.

Payment Data Protection

All credit card payments are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer.

If the card issuer declines payment authorization, the store shall not be held responsible for any resulting delay or failure to deliver the order.

The system will automatically cancel the order, and we may contact you to choose an alternative payment method.

Payment Information Matching

The information provided on the credit card used for payment must exactly match the cardholder's information.

We confirm that the card used must be your own personal card, or that you must have obtained the cardholder's explicit permission to use it.

Confidentiality of Information

No credit card information will be stored on our systems.

We are committed to protecting your information and not sharing it with any third party except where necessary to process orders or complete shipping arrangements.

You may request the correction or updating of your personal information, or opt out of receiving marketing messages, by contacting customer service via email or WhatsApp.

Data Deletion or Modification

You may request the deletion of your account or the modification of your personal information at any time.

Once the request has been processed, your data will be deleted or updated in our system within a reasonable period, while retaining the minimum information necessary to meet legal and financial obligations.
