Return & Exchange Policy

At Blofit, we value our customers’ satisfaction. You may request a return or exchange in accordance with the following terms:

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
The product must not have been damaged or altered as a result of use.
Once the product is received and inspected and confirmed to meet the applicable conditions, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order.

2. Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if the product arrives damaged, we will cover the exchange costs after verifying the condition of the product.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The water bottle cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been opened, used, or washed, in order to maintain hygiene and safety standards, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights in cases of defects or products that do not conform to the order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will work to resolve the issue and arrange an exchange or refund, as applicable.

5. Shipping Fees

If the return is due to the customer changing their mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon.
If the return or exchange is due to an error by the store or a product defect, the store will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange or return.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To submit a return or exchange request, please contact our Customer Service through the contact channels provided in the store and provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Note: This policy does not limit any rights or warranties granted to consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
